This was my first gathering, my first attempt at teaching a class, the largest number of people I've ever had at the house and my first big group of guests in about 5 years (been working through some depression).
It was a blast, I had so much fun playing host, teacher and hanging out with all my list friends. The day just couldn't have gone any better and I hope every one had as much fun as I did.
A few decorations telling HLs this is the place and
warning the neighbors that it's not the usual Saturday at Ron's

I was overwhelmed by and delighted at the big response to my suggestion of FCG day. My initial expectation was maybe 5 or 6 people hanging out in the garage building a few ghosts. What we ended up with was 20 or more people and an FCG assembly line that stretched from my drive way, through the house and out the back door onto the patio.
This is the head and "body" assembly line set up in my kitchen.

I was delighted so many people brought there own FCG's to the party. We set them up on the patio and had them all running (which has never been, nor will ever be so well haunted). It was great to see so many different ways to build FCG's.

There were all kinds of different motor & pulley setups. Every thing from an ultra-ultra light system powered by a couple of batteries to and ultra-heavy duty design that I think could have handled a Flying Crank Bucky.
