So I've slapped together as much as I've got and stuck it on my web page.
This really is a simple project. Every thing from Douglas transfers over to Bucky. Douglas Fur is put together with hot melt glue and a few wire ties. The Fur tree is is a separate creature from the mechanics and electronics. The only modification to Buck is to remove his jaw, cut the teeth part free and glue the rest of the jaw bits back in place. Dougies "spine" fits into Bucky's "socket", Dougies eye bulbs fit into the back of Bucky's sockets and D's eye balls fit nicely over B's sockets. D's light sensor fits in B's nose. and B's lower teeth fit nicely onto D's "jaw". It really is a match made in Heaven.
