The eye bulbs slip into the holes in the back of B's sockets (a little drilling may be required) and I glued D's eye balls over B's sockets. If I was going to change the eyes I'd paint up some 1/2 ping pong balls and glue them inplace instead. Note - Christmas tree bulbs can be replaced from front of skull.
